The idea behind the name
The CuriousRubik story begins with curiosity: looking at a problem from more than one direction and asking whether the obvious answer is the right one. The Rubik reference adds the idea of connected dimensions. Change one part of a business system and other parts move with it.
ERP makes those connections visible. A customer promise affects stock and fulfillment; a completed service affects billing; a reporting disagreement may begin in the source data. We bring those perspectives into the same design conversation rather than treating each screen as an isolated requirement.
The work we bring together
Our focus spans the decisions before implementation, the configuration and development needed to deliver a design, and the integrations and applications that connect everyday work. The goal is a system people can understand and a way of operating they can maintain.
A new implementation, an existing NetSuite account and a specialist operational application call for different starting points. What they share is a need for clear requirements, accountable decisions and evidence that the result works for the intended users.
Our AI work begins with an operational question.
Where is a colleague spending time interpreting unstructured information, summarising activity or finding relevant guidance? That is a useful starting point for an AI assessment. The next questions are what information the tool may use and how a person will check the result.
The same project may also need ordinary process changes or rules-based automation. We evaluate those options together so the technology choice follows the work.
Good work depends on a good working relationship.
We value open conversation, shared goals and the ability to question an idea. Our analysts, consultants and developers listen to the people using the system and explain the choices behind the design.
We aim to build relationships that continue as your business changes. That starts with realistic advice, an agreed plan and clear expectations about the next piece of work.
