Warehouse & distribution
Repeated data entry was slowing shipments and customer service. A purpose-built warehouse application brought the work into NetSuite.
Client anonymized · Historical project
Transaction data had to be entered again or imported between systems. That created delays and errors, while a network of small retailers added complexity to shipments. Customer-service staff also lacked a connection to the information they needed.
Bring ERP, CRM, ecommerce, inventory and warehouse operations together in NetSuite, then extend the platform around the warehouse’s own business requirements.
CuriousRubik developed a customized warehouse-management application using SuiteCloud. The solution also used NetSuite Customer Center to give third-party retailers a web interface for ordering stock, paying invoices and downloading media resources.
The change was in the handoff: information entered for one part of the operation became useful to the next.

Electronics distribution
A specialist distributor connected stock across multiple locations with sales forecasting, reporting and guided workflows.
Singapore · Historical project
A competitive regional market and complex specialist products put pressure on the distributor’s operations. Its existing software did not provide the inventory and manufacturing support needed for further growth. Selling and servicing those products also required substantial staff training.
Replace the on-premise software with NetSuite and connect inventory across more than five locations to sales forecasting. The business needed a clearer stock picture and information employees could reach wherever they worked.
The implementation combined inventory management and forecasting with role-based dashboards. Sales workflows supported repeatable handling of orders, while cloud access made operational information available on computers and mobile devices.
Stock information, sales reporting and the order workflow became parts of the same operating picture.

Property & real estate
A property business moved away from difficult, labor-intensive reporting toward a shared view of project costs, income and budgets.
Regional business · Historical project
The existing ERP was difficult to use and depended on specialized development resources. To understand costs and income for each project, teams had to piece together information in time-consuming reports. That made timely decisions harder.
Select a flexible, lower-maintenance cloud platform that could support a geographically distributed business. NetSuite was chosen after the company considered several ERP options.
The project brought financial information into NetSuite, with budgets-versus-actuals visibility across its property projects. Automated invoicing and accounts-receivable management reduced manual steps. The report builder gave managers a way to examine project costs and the estimated cost to complete.
The useful shift was from assembling yesterday’s information to working from a more current project view.

Advertising & property services
Disconnected sales and financial information was holding back a growing advertising operator. NetSuite CRM brought the sales history into one place.
Singapore · Historical project
Manual entry, duplicate records and a lack of integration between the general ledger and CRM created delays. Project managers relied on spreadsheets, making it harder to keep processes consistent and produce dependable forecasts as the business expanded.
The company selected NetSuite CRM+ after considering an on-premise ERP. Implementation speed, cost efficiency and management control were priorities, alongside a platform that could support custom functionality.
CuriousRubik replaced the older software with NetSuite. Agent interactions with prospects and clients became part of a fuller sales history. Financial, sales, expense and commission reports could be emailed automatically or accessed when needed.
A shared relationship history helped the team keep sight of the next conversation and the next commercial decision.

Recruitment
A growing recruitment business needed candidate and client communications to be easier to follow, including when recruiters worked remotely.
India & Japan · Historical project
The company’s combined CRM and email solution struggled to track communication between recruiters and candidates. Teams wanted a faster, more usable system with secure remote access, and the business needed room to grow without adding the same level of supporting resources.
Use NetSuite as a shared cloud platform for the recruitment business rather than continue with separate in-house CRM, marketing and database tools.
CuriousRubik replaced those existing tools with NetSuite and implemented the application to support the company’s growth. Candidate and client information could be followed in one system, with cloud access available wherever employees were working. Automatic software updates reduced the need to maintain separate versions.
The story is about continuity: making the relationship history available to the people doing the next piece of work.

Survey & equipment rental
An international survey and positioning company brought its systems together to improve rental visibility, forecasting and invoicing.
Norway · International operations · Historical project
The business could not reliably anticipate changes in rental volume from large clients. Thin margins also made expensive on-premise software difficult to justify. Multiple IT systems left the operation without the connected picture it needed.
Replace the multi-vendor systems with NetSuite ERP and CRM. The aim was a single platform that supported the international operation and made important data accessible by role.
The implementation introduced role-based dashboards and a shared view of capital assets. Rental-equipment billing was automated, while forecasting supported decisions about how to deploy the equipment as demand changed.
Visibility, forecasting and billing worked as parts of the same rental operation.

Manufacturing
An exhaust and accessories manufacturer needed its systems to keep up with its business, from materials and product changes to orders and financials.
Malaysia · Historical project
The manufacturer’s software was not keeping pace with growth. Limited visibility into inventory and sales orders caused stock shortages and slowed some deliveries. The business wanted a more flexible system and a clearer view of where its processes could improve.
Choose NetSuite as one platform for the core front- and back-office processes, including inventory, order-to-cash, financials and the sales pipeline.
CuriousRubik supported the move to the integrated platform. The solution included automated bill-of-materials processing and workflows for complex product-change notices, alongside the connected inventory, order and financial processes.
The production detail and the commercial picture came together, giving the business more room to grow.

Corporate & leadership training
A training company connected sales activity and digital marketing information so its team could understand prospects and follow up with more context.
Singapore · Historical project
The company lacked tangible marketing results and could not clearly demonstrate campaign return, making future budget decisions difficult. It also needed one sales tool for monitoring opportunities and a connection to web analytics such as visits, clicks and time on page.
Use a unified NetSuite CRM+ database for sales activity and connect a third-party marketing tool to make online activity more visible.
The solution brought sales information into one database, with role-based dashboards to support coordinated selling. The marketing integration tracked online advertising, pay-per-click and email campaigns, connecting that information to a fuller picture of prospects and customers.
The change helped sales and marketing work from a more connected understanding of the same customer.
